What this is
Clairsyn Threshold is an organisational assessment. It asks how you experience four areas of your organisation: operations and infrastructure, governance and trust, workforce and culture, and strategy and sustainability.
Thirteen questions. About five minutes.
We ask the same questions of everyone (board members, leadership, and staff), then map where those groups see the organisation differently. Those differences are the point of the exercise. An honest answer is far more useful than a polite one.
Who asked for it
Someone in your organisation commissioned this assessment. Their name is in your invitation email.
Clairsyn is an independent company. We run the assessment and produce the report. We are not part of your organisation and we don't report to anyone in it about individuals.
If you're not sure your invitation is genuine, ask the person named in it directly. That's the right instinct and we'd rather you did it than clicked something you weren't sure about.

What anonymous actually means here
Everything below describes Clairsyn Threshold, the thirteen-question assessment. Our full diagnostic works differently: see the question about it in the FAQ if that's what you were invited to.
- Your individual answers are never shown to your employer.
- Not to your manager, not to your board, not to anyone in your organisation.
- The report shows patterns across groups.
- Governance, leadership, and employees. Never individual responses.
- If a group is too small to stay anonymous, we don't report it separately.
- Where fewer than 3 people in a group respond, that group is merged with another or excluded from the breakdown. You will never be the only person in a category.
- We don't collect your name or email address with your answers.
- Where your organisation asked us to email invitations, that list is kept separate from the responses and is not linked to them.
- We can't tell who has and hasn't responded.
- Which is why reminders go to everyone, including people who have already taken part.
Questions people ask
Yes, if you received an invitation. The person who commissioned it is named in your email. If you're unsure, ask them directly rather than clicking anything.
